Every Bondi Laser Device has a 12-month manufacturers warranty.
You have 12 months from the date of order to process a warranty application. If your product is defective and you wish to return it send us a short film of the handset not working.

In the unlikely event, the handset requires replacing, you will need to send the defective device back.  Once this has been received we will send out a replacement device and refund you for the cost of the return postage. Bondi Laser @ Home packaging must be completely intact (not damaged, marked or dirty) & returned with the handset, safety glasses, power cord, all adaptors & user manual. 
** The complementary Bondi Beauty Bag must be returned unused with all packaging.
Suppose you would like to keep the Bondi Beauty Travel Bag & return the Bondi Laser @ Home IPL System. In that case, your refund will be minus the cost of the Travel Bag £29.90 & original order freight charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Returns for Individual Bondi Beauty Travel Bags

You have 16 days from date of dispatch to return the item(s).
Bondi Beauty Travel Bag & packaging must be return unused, not damaged, marked or dirty.
The customer is responsible for all freight charges for returns.
We strongly recommend you send any returns using track/signed. 
Refunds are issued back to the payment method within 7-10 days of receiving the return.
